Exclusions & Conditions

PLEASE NOTE With the exception of dry goods, we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland or Southern Ireland or Channel Islands due to customs regulations relating to the transit of live fish and plants plants.

We are also unable to deliver to BFPO and PO Box addresses due to the extra time fish and plants are in transit.

For some of the Scottish Highland and Islands postcode areas we have limited shipping capability, Please contact us before buying if you require delivery to any of these areas

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Exclusions and Conditions in addition to our other policies and terms of trade throughout the site. Koiman Enterprises cannot be held liable for any issues arising related to any delay with order delivery. (It helps a great deal if you do add your mobile phone number to your contact details when ordering as it means that couriers can send you updates by text message as well as being able to contact you.)

LIVE FISH

Collection in person is preferred

However, if you require "Live Fish" delivery, you are asked to choose either a 0-10 Kg box or 10-20KG box from the Live Fish delivery options in the shop

Please add the appropriate delivery charge to your basket before going to Checkout.

Our recommendation for box size required for each fish is include on the individual particulars.

If you are unsure as to what size of box will be required, please contact us before buying

Once you have selected and paid for your fish (and delivery where appropriate) we will contact you to arrange collection or delivery as appropriate

Delivery will be by our contacted couriers, and your fish will be sent by “next day, before 1.00pm” delivery.

NB You will need to let us know the day (Date) that you would like to receive your fish, AND you must ensure that someone is going to be at the delivery address to receive the delivery.

We will also need your email address and contact telephone number so that we can contact you to confirm the arrangements ahead of shipping.

PLANTS, MAPLES & BONSAI

NB Collection in person is preferred

However, delivery can be arranged at additional charge

FOOD and Dry Goods

Delivery is FREE ON ORDERS OVER £250 in value for all deliveries throughout the UK mainland only (not including Northern Ireland).

For smaller orders under £250, or large bulky items there will be a charge

For smaller items – weighing a total up to 2 kilos in weight - Standard 2nd class delivery charge is £6.99 for all deliveries throughout the UK mainland only (not including Northern Ireland)

For Larger or heavier items PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE BUYING

Average dispatch time is 3-5 working days, but please allow up to 7-10 working days for dispatch during peak season/around public holidays when couriers do not operate and we are unable ship.

If your delivery is urgent, please contact us directly and we will do our best to get it to you promptly

Delivery Times

With the exception of LIVE FISH Deliveries (see above) our current average dispatch time is approx. 2-3 working days for all items in stock/season.

Delivery is by 2nd class parcel post or courier (as appropriate), so please take this into account when estimating your expected delivery day.
